I have been using Yahoo!Go 1.X on my Nokia 7610 for more than a year now. The servers allocated for the product will be stopped August 27, 2007. Not for that matters since Y!Go 1.X does not work on my new phone Nokia N95 anyway. Y!Go 2.0 is a Java application that runs on a wider range of phones than the previous Symbian native application. This is to note about why you get an error “Yahoo Connector Error, Connection to Yahoo server lost” once you install Yahoo! Autosync (1.0.4.7 made by Nokia) and try to synchronize with Outlook Calendar: If you have some foreign characters, such as “é” in any of your Yahoo!Calendar entries located on a Yahoo! US server, you will get the above error and the synchronization fails.
The foreign characters do not cause problems, for example with a Yahoo! France hosted calendar.
