Unfortunately I could not find any information about Inspiron jack's electrical characteristics. I couldn't even find out is it for a stereo microphone! My questions: 1) Will the jack accept stereo mic-level signals? 2) When configured for microphone, does the jack supply a bias voltage for an electret microphone?
